Stormblood, Five Year Anniversary

June 4 marks the 5 year anniversary since Stormblood, my little blue book about aliens and brotherhood and forgiveness, was first unleashed on the world.

But it feels like yesterday that I was feeling that profound joy at seeing my words available in bookstores all around the globe. That I'd had a childhood dream come true. That my voice was now forever a part of the SFF world.

Like many others, I released during COVID, and so I faced an unexpected wave of frustration and set backs that still effect me today. Publishing isn't easy, and I have my issues with it, but I love the act of telling and sharing my stories too much to ever quit.

If the cheese hasn't been too much so far...know that the trilogy is not done. Wolfskin is on the way, and I can't wait to share the final chapter of Vakov's story with you. It may break you, but it'll put you back together again. Maybe.
